ena récemment r7it thoum w 7attit partie fi des boites fil congélateur w partie fil frigo fi tupperware w bil zit wil mil7.

dernièrement kol mé na3mil tagine wela pâtes farcies na3mil b zeyzd w nkhalli fil congélateur nist7a99hom après pour brik ou tagine ou farce mte3 paté ou autres.
Na3mil souvent sauce bolognaise w n7ottha fil congélateur, comme ça kif n7ib intayyib lazagne tjini sehla w rapide.
L'oignon de temps en temps nir7i quantité w n9assimha sur des petites boites uni dose w n7ot fil congélateur.
Ena je trouve illi wa9tilli tkoun il fikra 7adhra w ykoun il l7am décongelé w les autres ingrédient décongelé ou ma9soussine 7adhrine, en utilisant il cocotte ay 7aja ittib fi 30-40 mns max.
